Welcome to the CSCapture Pilot Program ("Program")! By signing up for and using our service during the pilot phase, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), and Privacy Policy ("Privacy"). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of the Pilot Program

1.1 The Program is a pre-release version of the CSCapture service, designed to gather feedback and improve functionality.

1.2 The Program is offered to selected participants free of charge for a period of 3 months from the User's signup date ("Pilot Period").

1.3 During the Pilot Period, the service may include experimental features and may be subject to updates or interruptions.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2.2 Users agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose: processing and managing commission statements.

2.3 Feedback: Users are encouraged to provide feedback on the service’s performance, usability, and functionality. Feedback provided becomes the property of CSCapture and may be used to improve the product.

3. Limitations and Disclaimers

3.1 The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." CSCapture makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service during the Pilot Period.

3.2 CSCapture is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or interruptions resulting from participation in the Program.

3.3 Data collected during the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see section 4 below).

4. Privacy Policy

CSCature.ai ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information during the Pilot Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you consent to this policy.

5.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service during the Pilot Period.

6. Termination

6.1 CSCapture reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

6.2 Upon termination, access to the service will be revoked, and any data submitted by the User may no longer be accessible.

7. Modifications

7.1 CSCapture reserves the right to modify these Terms or the service itself during the Pilot Period. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and/or within the platform.

7.2 Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
